Make-up became thicker, dresses shorter, and hair was bobbed to resemble the power behind masculinity. Flappers in the 1920s began to fight the vast difference and inequality of women to men.
In the 1920s, the U.S. thrived on credit. Everyone bought more than they could every possibly afford, but just spent and spent and partied their lives away. --And what better way to party than with JAZZ?
